i completed my 50m swim and 5km run today..
e 50m swim seems to be very normal..
but it from a 1.2m deep pool to e other side which is 4.0m deep.
lucky didnt bring my googles..
wahahaha...
den dun find it tat scary...
nazurah me dar and zhiwei swim first..
follow by darren..
e first to reach is nazurah me zhiwei den dar..
but tat not e main point..
e main point is we learn team spirit throughout.. :)

den went for e 5 km run...
which is about 12 rounds around e normal tracks...
startin run 6 round continuously without stopping with song..
den after tat leg really very pain..
so slow down..
den stop run stop run..
hahas...
pour water on myself to cool down...
den got lots of ppl run past me..
when mr maran told me last lap..
i wanted to run or rather sprint..
but my leg dun allow me to do so..
so walk again..
den when left bout 100 m??
dash all e way...
timing for 12 rounds or 5km is 35:45..
well it wasn't very good or wat..
but at least I COMPLETED IT!!! :p

e curry puff is very YUMMY....
den went for my orienteering test...
dun tink i do quite well..
den went for campcraft test...
built flagpole...
hahas..
alot of knots is self-created one..
den first aid test...
mix and match...
